Our Customer Service staff is the first point of contact for any member who calls VMC with a question or service request for a client association. These skilled professionals are equipped to handle most matters called in by any member. The Customer Service department services include:
- Twenty-Four hour per day emergency service.
- Directs calls to appropriate departments as required.
- Processes routine service requests from homeowners.
- Maintains service request records.
- Provides support to the Association Managers.
