Our Customer Service staff is the first point of contact for any member who calls VMC with a question or service request for a client association. These skilled professionals are equipped to handle most matters called in by any member. The Customer Service department services include:
Ø Twenty-Four hour per day emergency service.
Ø Directs calls to appropriate departments as required.
Ø Processes routine service requests from homeowners.
Ø Maintains service request records.
Ø Provides support to the Association Managers.
